OLD ALRESFORD FIREWORKS NIGHT \u2013 SATURDAY 7th NOVEMBER 2026
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!<\/strong>

A message from Beth Morton, TOADS Fireworks Co-Ordinator:

\u201cThis year\u2019s Old Alresford fireworks night (Saturday 7th November 2026) is approaching. As usual, TOADS is organising the catering for this amazing event. This year, food and drink will be available from 5.30pm with fireworks starting promptly at 6.30pm. In return, TOADS receives a significant donation from the organisation and it is an important fundraiser for us.

I am writing to ask\/plead for help with the evening. We need volunteers to make soup (at least 3 soups for approximately 15 people each) and help set up and serve and clear away on the night. This would involve meeting at 4pm at the hall ready to serve at 5.30pm. Pause to watch the fireworks and clear up after. It should be all cleared away by 8pm.”

TOADS PANTO 2026 \u2013 THE THREE MUSKETEERS<\/strong>

Rehearsals for the TOADS 2026 pantomime \u201cThe Three Musketeers\u201d are well under way and we will be announcing details of when tickets go on sale very soon!

The performances will be Tuesday 1st December \u2013 Friday 4th December 7.30pm<\/strong> and Saturday 5th December 1.30pm and 5.30pm<\/strong>, so please save the dates!

MEMBERSHIP FEES<\/strong>

TOADS have kept our annual membership fees at the same level for several years now (\u00a36 for individual membership and \u00a312 for families) but with our costs rising we have taken the difficult decision that we must increase our fees in order to cover our running costs.

From the 15th October, we will be increasing our fees to \u00a310 for individual and \u00a325 for family membership (3 or more living at the same address).<\/strong>
